While the EFF slanted this article to support its crusade (the kid is accused of hacking into the system to change grades), your "technological" accusations are also idiotic. E.g. One does not use 2 different operating systems to hide criminal activity. I use two different operating systems on a daily basis, but I'm no criminal. Also, using prompts (the black screen with white text) is completely normal. *smacks forehead*
